I woke up today in a daze, frightened by the rain and thunder. The cats are acting strange again. A storm is forming out yonder. Will it take me as it goes? Will it take me as it passes? Is there anyone who knows? I am shaking when the cat says, "No." I made my way back to the house on the beach. Where the waves crash up right into the screen door. I fell back asleep with my head 'neath the sheets, and I woke up in shock to the sound of the downpour. Will it take me as it goes? Will it take me as it passes? Is there anyone who knows? I am trembling when the cat says, "No."
